The hotel is conveniently located near Birmingham airport, making it easy to catch an early flight or attend an event at the NEC. Previous guests have praised the friendly and helpful staff and the comfortable beds. Some rooms have good soundproofing, blocking out the busy road nearby.

The venue is fairly large and clean with very helpful and caring staff. the breakfast is served in the café. the location is comfortable and perfect, near a bus station and close to pubs and restaurants. Every time I visit Marston Green, I choose this place.
